A culinary salon in one of Italy’s most beautiful squares: this is Zur Kaiserkron, the internationally renowned restaurant where luxury, tradition and innovation take shape.
Such a rich seasonal menu and a philosophy as remarkable as its "true km" approach deserved to be celebrated, explored and known. But Zur Kaiserkron did not yet have a well-structured digital strategy, nor tools to use in the dining room to explore the careful research behind every dish.
The Zur Kaiserkron project was curated through 360 degrees. From the online booking platform and digital menu to printed materials, without forgetting social media content. Everything was handled with the same care as a true kitchen brigade, so that every step for customers would be a step towards pleasure.
Menus, business cards, event posters, always with a touch of elegance.
Zur Kaiserkron needed software that would allow the team to manage reservations efficiently and simply, while giving customers a first taste of the experience they would enjoy in the restaurant.
We designed software that reflects the restaurant’s positioning in terms of both design and experience, integrating advanced features for 360-degree reservation management: shifts, time slots, room occupancy and payment management.
The journey inside Zur Kaiserkron begins with the reservation.
Booking, table and summary dashboard management.
